Report Navigation and Filter Tool Bar
The report navigation and filter bar displays at the top of worklist, status report and scrub book reports. All lists displayed in Fusion are considered reports and this tool bar provides a way to work with those lists, or reports.
|
The navigation bar has several functions that apply to the worklist, status report and scrub book list.
|
In Fusion, a worklist is described as a report. The report, or worklist, may be several screen pages long. The report lists all scrub IDs to which you have access. Each scrub ID has one or more accession records that have failed the scrub, or failed the edit. Each failure is prioritized and, for each of the scrub IDs, the count of those failures is listed in its appropriate priority column.
See the Worklist Properties, Worklist - Title and Priorities section of this manual for more information about the priority columns.
The functions displayed here are standard for Fusion reports.
The Report Page Nav section contains buttons, from left to right, for First Page, Previous Page, Next Page and Last Page. The Report Page Number, the middle item, ‘1 of 1’ shows which page of the report you are on. You may type in a page number to go directly to that page. In this example there is only one page for the worklist.
The Go back to the parent report button is inactive.
The Find Text in Report section includes a text box where you may type in a search parameter. All text in the worklist is searched. The Find link starts the search and the Next link displays the next occurrence of the search parameter found in the data, if any. When you enter a search parameter into the text box, the Find link turns blue to indicate that you should click that link to start the search. If there is more than one occurrence of the search parameter in the data, the Next link turns blue to indicate that you should click that link to see the next occurrence found in the data.
The Export icon allows you to export the displayed worklist. You may select from a variety of export options.
The Refresh icon allows you to refresh the displayed worklist.
